We are trying something new here at PA Trek Coaching! On Monday we are kicking off two solid weeks of daily photo prompts. #StudyFaves17 starts tomorrow, Monday, March 27 and runs through April 16. We have a list of prompts with words that are all focused on studying, such as:
- the things that work to make our brains retain information
- things that are built into our study routines and habits (think of rally-caps during important sport events but the event is a big test)
- the special study socks we have, that favorite highlighter, the breakfast we have to eat before a final, etc.
Think all things study-related.
As an added extra slice of fun beyond the zany pictures we’re sure to enjoy, everyone who participates in #StudyFaves17 will be entered into a drawing. Oh yeah! Three winners will receive a copy of PA Program Manual by Mike Volpe, PA-C.
Can you participate if you’re no longer a student? Absolutely! #StudyFaves17 is all about the lived experience of studying. We know there are plenty of people who have already transversed the rocky fields of studying and finals, and can offer some much needed encouragement to those still on the journey.
Does #StudyFaves17 only apply to people studying for their undergrad degree? No way! Graduate students can join in as well. Physician Assistant school is grueling, and there are plenty of tests and to do well, there’d better be plenty of studying. Like a whole lifestyle of studying. Therefore, OF COURSE this is for folks doing graduate work! In addition, if you’re in a PA program, we’d love to get your unique angle since you’re living the dream many people here aspire to.
We’ll post every day on Instagram (are you following us yet? You can find us here) through April 16. Be sure to add the hashtag #StudyFaves17 and tag us (@pa_trek) so we can see your studying in action.
Ready for that list of prompts? We are excited to see what you come up with!
If you’ve got questions, be sure to comment below. We look forward to seeing your photos on Instagram these next two weeks, and good luck!
